The two title fights were amazing, I’d even go as far as to say the Bantam Weight one was even more exciting. Those guys went at it, reminded me of the Vasquez/Marquez fights in boxing last year. A rematch is a no brainer. I wanted to cheer for them both. Pulver put up a good fight but was DOMINATED by Faber. Faber won every round. His speed and power were just too much, he has to be up there for pound for pound best, I rank him at 3, behind Silva and Penn.(Fedor and Randy don’t fight so they don’t count.)Jens gave Faber a war but never had him hurt, I don’t think he is the same calibur athlete. Faber looked like an Orangutang fighting out there, jumping in there with the straight right ala Roy Jones. Beastly.

^^ point on

Faber showed another side last night… he used a great game plan, over hand right to counter jen’s left and just beat a puncher at his game.

Torres fight was so damn good and any fight he is in will have great energy and skill.

WEC was a breathe of fresh air after that EliteWWE show.  i only wish WEC was on CBS instead of that 3 ring circus, oh well real fans know.

Miguel Torres vs Yoshiro Maeda was a great, great fight.  Hopefully we’ll get to see that again.

I agree, the whole WEC show was a lot better than the previous night’s action.  The pace and the feel alone made it easier to watch.

I quite enjoyed the WEC event as well. Although i was hoping for more from “Razor” Rob McCulloug. I quite appreciated the great respect that both Faber and Pulver had for each other as well (thats what good MMA is)

I actually started to look into attending a future event and found the ticket prices quite good as well.

You could definitely tell a difference in the production value between to the events this weekend smile
