After watching this fight and reading a lot of comments on the internet, I can safely say nearly EVERYONE saying Lesnar is just brute strength doesn’t know what they are talking about. Watch this fight a couple times and notice how well Lesnar is grappling on the ground. He’s got very good technique on the mat. His mistakes were rookie ones, and I’m sure he’ll iron them out quickly, becoming a serious contender. Great debut despite the loss, I’m really looking forward to his next fights, he’s only going to get better.
Hats off to Mir, way to look for the submission. The short fight didn’t really tell us if his gas tank has improved, but hopefully this has given him his confidence back. He also showed a lot of class before and after the fight. Looking forward to his next match as well.
