Three Fights Added to UFC 64

Today the UFC announced three additional fights set to take place on UFC 64: Unstoppable which is headlined with title fights featuring Sean Sherk vs. Kenny Florian for the lightweight title and Anderson Silva vs. Rich Franklin for the middleweight title.

Jon Fight will be making his first live television appearance with the UFC against Kuniyoshi Hironaka. Fitch is currently 3-0 in the octagon with victories over Josh Burkman, Brock Larson, and Thiago Alves. Hironaka is an experienced opponent who holds victories over Nick Diaz and Renato Verissimo.

‘The Ultimate Fighter’ stars Keith Jardine and Mike Nickels will also clash in the octagon in a light heavyweight appearance. Nickels is 1-0 in the UFC with a victory over Wes Combs and Keith Jardine is 3-1 in the UFC and he is coming off of a win Wilson Gouveia. Jardine’s only loss in the octagon was a questionable on to Stephan Bonnar who recently tested positive for steriods.

Finally the UFC announced that Clayton Guida and Justin James will be making their UFC debuts. Guida is a veteran of StrikeForce and WEC and he holds a record over 20-6-0. Guida won his last fight by decision over Joe Martin. Justin James is 11-5-0 and he is currently on a three fight winning streak.
