Rachelle Leah is the host of UFC All Access.  She was an Octagon Girl.  (Is an Octagon Girl?  We’re not sure actually.)

What we do know is FHM took her out of the octagon, stuck her in a cell with very few clothes on and took some pictures.  And that’s ok.
