The current plan is to do a double live blog - one for Affliction and one for the UFC.

I think Sylvia will be the toughest fight Fedor’s had in a long, long time, but I still think it’s Fedor’s fight.

^ I agree that Fedor will most likely win the fight, but is Sylvia really a 3.5:1 underdog? At least that’s what he was when I was placing a wager a month back, I’m pretty sure he’s still close to being a 3:1 underdog…

Sylvia has nothing to lose here because he’s expected to lose, I don’t think Fedor is taking him lightly but who knows, either way it should be a great fight

I don’t think Sylvia should be that much of an underdog going into this fight either. Sure, he’s lost his last two fights, but they’ve also been losses to two of the current top three best heavyweights in the world. On top of that, we all know that Fedor hasn’t fought the toughest guys in recent years.

I think Sylvia will give Fedor a run for his money but I can’t see him winning this fight. Tim has a serious chance if Fedor chooses to stand with him because I believe Fedor’s striking to be average at best. Eventually this fight will hit the ground and even though Sylvia has decent submission defense, Fedor will catch him in something.
