Strikeforce Signs Marius Zaromskis

Strikeforce has officially announced the signing of DREAM welterweight grand prix champion Marius “Whitemare” Zaromskis to a multi-fight contract. No date was announced for Zaromskis’ Strikeforce debut.

Zaromskis, a native of Lithuania, possesses a mixed martial arts record of 13-3. Zaromskis holds victories over the likes of Ross Mason, Ross Pointon, Damien Riccio, and Darius Swierkosz.

Zaromskis became a household name earlier this year with his destruction of the DREAM welterweight grand prix field. Zaromskis scored consecutive head kick victories over Hayato Sakurai and Jason High to earn the DREAM welterweight crown. Zaromskis was last in action at DREAM 12 where he stuck with the head kick theme stopping Myeon Ho Bae at 0:19 of round 1.
