Sherk Hearing Postponed… Again

The Fight Network is reporting that the California State Athletic Commission has postponed Sean Sherk’s Nov. 13 appeal hearing. According to the report, Bill Douglas stated that the hearing has been postponed due to a scheduling conflict. The hearing has not yet been rescheduled.

“Eleven different individuals need their schedule coordinated – not an easy task,” Douglas said.

Sherk appeared before the CSAC on Oct. 31 but the appeal was delayed after a 17-page brief from Sherk’s attorney, Howard Jacobs, had not received by the seven CSAC members responsible for voting on the case.

....a 17page brief?  well that does it for me, that’s about 100% proof right there, sherk is guilty.  that is a tatic used to stall and try to drag on as long as possible which works out better for the defense.  but that’s just my opinion .... that just jumped out at me screaming, we’ll get off on a technicalities not on being innocent.  if he spends engough money he’ll be able to beat this down to the smallest punishment or no punishment at all.  sigh.
