Former UFC light heavyweight champion Quinton “Rampage” Jackson pleaded not guilty Thursday afternoon to two felony charges and four misdemeanors following his high-speed chase with California police officers on July 15.
A hearing took place today at the Central Justice Center in Santa Ana. Jackson was charged earlier this week with one felony count of evading while driving recklessly, one felony count of evading a peace officer and driving against traffic, three misdemeanor counts of hit and run with property damage, and one misdemeanor count of reckless driving.
Jackson posted $25,000 bail this afternoon. A hearing will take place on November 3 where a judge will decide whether or not prosecutors have enough evidence in order to go forward with the case. If convicted, Jackson could face up to three years in prison.
