The Maximum Fighting Championship has rounded out its card for MFC 16: Anger Management to be held on Friday, May 9 at the River Cree Resort and Casino just outside Edmonton, Alberta. MFC 16 will also be shown live on HDNet Fights throughout Canada, the United States and Mexico.

Two fights have already been announced – the main event pitting international icon Gary “Big Daddy” Goodridge against heavyweight sensation and A&E reality show star Eric “The Big E” Pele, and in a welterweight clash, undefeated MFC star Ryan “The Real Deal” Ford takes on H.I.T. Squad member C.J. Fernandes.

Highlighting the main card are two featured matchups. The first is a light heavyweight clash with Ryan “The Big Deal” Jimmo, who is riding a six-fight winning streak, going up against Adam Maciejewski. And in a lightweight encounter, Mike Maestas, who has moved to the top of the lightweight title contender list since his successful debut in the MFC, will take on the dangerous Ben Henderson.

Another bout of note on the main card will see a battle between a pair of unbeaten light heavyweights. Aron Lofton will make the trip up from Oklahoma looking to take down another of the MFC’s most-popular fighters, Jason “The Show” Kuchera.

Plus in an international clash of rugged middleweights, Chris Camozzi squares off against Dwayne Lewis. And in a showdown of young welterweights, Gavin Neil will look to stay undefeated when he battles Ryan “’The Kid” McGillivray who will be searching for his second straight win.
