McConaughey Injured During MMA Training

Matthew McConaughey was injured during filming for an upcoming comedy that he’ll be starring in titled “The Grackle”.

The actor suffered a cut on his face and required several stitches in his face a few weeks ago while using apparent MMA-related training to prepare for a fight scene in the movie:

The 38-year-old Texan has been studying Ultimate Fighting Championship-style techniques for his role as a fast-talking type who hires himself out for $250 a pop to people who need a score settled but can’t afford a lawyer.

$10 says that he didn’t have a shirt on at the time either…
