M-1 Global officials announced on Thursday that the finals of the inaugural M-1 Challenge have been postponed because of inclement weather conditions that are preventing the organization from transporting it’s contracted fighters to Seattle, Washington’s Emerald Queen Hotel & Casino in time for the event.
The show, which would have been the second M-1 production to take place in the United States this year, will pit Team Russian Red Devil against Team Holland to determine the first-ever winner of the M-1 Challenge.
Although a press release sent out to the media yesterday didn’t include a new date or venue for the event, M-1 Global has since revealed that the fight card will now emanate from the Amstelpark Hotel and Sports Centre in the Netherlands on January 11.
