Fresh off signing a new multi-fight contract with the UFC, light heavyweight prospect Jon “Bones” Jones will lock horns with Matt Hamill at The Ultimate Fighter 10 Finale which is currently slated for December 5 at the Palms Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Also expected to appear on The Ultimate Fighter 10 Finale is a middleweight attraction featuring Alessio Sakara and Rouimar Palhares.
Jones, a native of Rochester, New York, possesses an unblemished mixed martial arts record of 9-0. Jones holds UFC victories over the likes of Andre Gusmao, Stephan Bonnar, and Jake O’Brien.
Jones will spend a portion of his training camp in Albuquerque, New Mexico preparing with the likes of Nate Marquardt, Keith Jardine, Rashad Evans, and Georges St. Pierre.
Hamill, a native of Loveland, Colorado, possesses a mixed martial arts record of 7-2. Hamill holds UFC victories over the likes of Jesse Forbes, Seth Petruzelli, Rex Holman, Tim Boestch, and Reese Andy.
Hamill was last in action at UFC 96: Jackson vs. Jardine where he scored an impressive head kick knockout over Mark Munoz.
