Getting You Ready for MMA on CBS

Here’s something a little different. CBS has put together a quick, little tutorial to give fans not all that familiar with mixed martial arts a general idea of what the rules in the sport are. Referee Herb Dean gives a rundown of what type of things aren’t permitted in the cage while EliteXC’s Nick Diaz and Jake Shields provide examples.
