Genki Sudo Retires

UFC and K-1 veteran Genki “The Neo-Samurai” Sudo has announced his retirement from mixed martial arts.

He later explained to reporters that a neck injury suffered earlier this year forced him to rethink his future, and said he now plans to spend some time traveling the world and writing.

If Sudo is serious this is definitely disappointing. Sudo was one of the sports most charismatic fighters. He brought it all, exciting entrances, an unorthodox fighting style and a great personality.
