Devin Cole Pleads Guilty to Assault and Sexual Harassment Charges

International Fight League veteran Devin Cole has reportedly pleaded guilty to charges of assault and sexual harassment following a June 15 arrest outside of a Medford, Oregon bar. Cole now faces 60 days in jail and mandatory fines to cover the female victim’s medical and legal fees

According to Sherdog.com, Cole and the victim, who was an acquaintance of his, left the bar to find an area where they could spend some time by themselves when she collided with a board outside. The Medford Police Department stated that Cole touched the victim in a “sexual manner against her will” after she sustained the injury.

Cole was originally charged with two counts of first-degree sodomy and two counts of first-degree unlawful sexual penetration but those charges were reduced after he chose to enter into a plea agreement.

Sporting a professional record of 8-6, Cole has seen mild success since entering the world of mixed martial arts in 2005, racking up wins over Bryan Vetell, Travis Wiuff, and Mike Kyle. After being released from the IFL following four defeats in five fights, Cole signed on with the California-based Palace Fighting Championship where he most recently scored a first-round TKO of Vince Lucero last month.

she “collided” with a board outside? in what manner? that seems like an odd way to phrase it! did she fall and hit her head? did he hit her with it? anyway you slice it though, he is a d*ick!


btw, did his use his “rape choke”, to get the submission?

the next time she plays hard to get like that, she should get the “cantwell treatment”

I think those of you that do not know Devin need to keep your opinions to yourselves.  I have known him most of my life and I know that he would not do anything to hurt a female.  I think that woman was seeing $$ after hitting her head on the board.  Maybe at 37 she needs to grow up a bit.  I think that the only reason that he entered into a plea agreement is because we all know that going to a jury for men in these cases is not a good idea.  Especially in this instance where there are no good witnesses just her word and his.  Some people need to realize that these fighters are good people they just fight in the ring to earn a living.

Well obviously I wasnt there so I can never say for sure.  BUT, there needs to be sufficient evidence to even involve first degree sodomy charges amongst others.  It would seem odd to be stuck on the POV that she accidentally fell, then felt like having anal sex.  Then with a trick out of Anna Nichole Smiths book she was all in it for the money, and figured that Coles whopping $100k net worth was going to set up her retirement.
