CSAC Pushes Sherk Ruling to November

UFC Lightweight Champion Sean Sherk will have to wait until November 13th to now learn whether or not his positive steroids test will be overturned by the California State Athletic Commission.

The CSAC decided earlier this afternoon to recess Sherk’s hearing for another two weeks. The commission stated that unexpected evidence and a polygraph test were unable to given to all members ruling on Sherk’s test was the reason for moving the announcement of the decision back.

Sherk told Sherdog that he has spent close to $20,000 in legal fees in an attempt to clear his name.
