Couture Talks Resignation on SportsCenter
Former UFC Heavyweight Champion Randy Couture discusses his recent resignation from the UFC and the reasons behind it with ESPN SportsCenter anchor Brian Kenny. Kenny also reads some quotes from UFC President Dana White concerning the situation.

How bad does Dana look in this interview?
He talks about earning respect for MMA from outsiders (like when he came down on those TUF fighters that got into a street fight last season) yet he makes comments like this. He is constantly cussing, and ultimately looking like a delinquent lacking class. He makes the UFC and MMA in general look like amateur hour. Could you imagine the commissioner of the NFL, NBA, or MLBA saying something like this? This looks more like a quote you’d hear from Vince McMahon or some other sideshow wrestling act. [I’m referring to the quote at the end of the video interview].
Also, maybe referring to Fedor’s administration as “crazy Russians” wasn’t the best way to convince them to join the UFC. I would take immediate offense to that if I was Fedor. Is this really the best PR guy the UFC can find? He seems to be lacking any finesse.
