- According to reports, Tim “Big Perm” Persey, has tested positive for meth and he now faces a $1,000 fine and a six-month suspension.

- UFC veteran Sean Salmon will be in action tonight when he takes on Jason “Freebird” Freeman at Fight Nite in the Flats III. Salmon is taking the fight on a days notice replacing the injured Ron Faircloth.

Nate went one time. I understand, I can’t hate the guy. I’d be a hypocrite if I did. People messed with him a little bit but I think everyone understood. No one else had to fight someone on their team so they couldn’t judge him.

He was a little worried about having to train alongside the guy he would have to fight, Corey. I had to mess with him a little bit when he came to me to talk about it. I said, “give me a minute” just to mess with him. But of course I was not going to think different of him at all. But the whole thing was awkward.

We had to talk and I asked them “Alright do you guys want to have BJ coach you, corner you?” and they said “no!” So it stayed a gold team deal. They each chose teammates to corner them and we did the best we could.
