Bonnar Suspended 9 Months

The Nevada State Athletic Commission has suspended Stephan Bonnar for 9 months due to his positive test for anabolic steroids after his fight against Forrest Griffin at UFC 62: Liddell vs. Sobral.

Bonnar will be eligible to return to action in May of 2007 but he will be required re-apply for a fighter’s license in Nevada.
