Bocek vs Evans Set For UFC 79

MMAWeekly is reporting that UFC lightweights Doug Evans and Mark Bocek will square off at UFC 79: Nemisis in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Mark Bocek sports a MMA record of 4-1 with victories over Garett Davis, John Mahlow, Kevin Manderson and Mark Colangelo. Bocek sole professional loss came to the hands of Frankie Edgar at UFC 73: Stacked.

Doug Evans sports a MMA record of 5-1 with victories over Mike Joy, Gary D’Hue, Josh Branham, Jesse Brock and Gary McElwain. Evans dropped his UFC debut to Roger Huerta at the TUF 5 Finale.
