Baroni Receives Reduced Suspension

The California State Athletic Commission voted earlier this afternoon to reduce Phil Baroni’s one year suspension for testing positive for steroids to six months.

Baroni will now be suspended until December 22 of this year.

The commission also voted on decisions to uphold Baroni’s one year suspension and to dismiss his suspension completely but both motions were shot down by the majority of commission members.
