Baroni and Rua Cleared to Fight

Sherdog.com is reporting that the California State Athletic Commission has cleared both Phil Baroni and Murilo “Ninja” Rua allowing them to compete on Friday’s co-promoted EliteXC/Strikeforce card.

Hurdles in the way of Phil Baroni and Murilo Rua’s anticipated fights Friday in San Jose, Calif. have been cleared, California State Athletic Commission Executive Officer Armando Garcia told Sherdog.com.
