A Sign of the Times

It might just be me, but I haven’t been noticing MMA being on ESPN’s bottom line ticker all that often. Here’s a screenshot of the six-overtime game (it was crazy) between Syracuse and UConn on Thursday night.

As you can see, the news of Ken Shamrock’s positive test for steroids and subsequent suspension was important enough to display. B.J. Penn’s formal complaint to the Nevada State Athletic Commission concerning Georges St. Pierre greasing scrolled by right after this.
