The Ultimate Fighting Championship has announced that Igor Pokrajac will replace Anthony Perosh and now face Joey Beltran at UFC on FX 6. Perosh was forced to withdraw from the bout after suffering a gruesome broken toe while training.
Pokrajac enters the fight with a professional MMA record of 20-8. Pokrajac holds UFC victories over Fabio Maldonado, Krzysztof Soszynski, Todd Brown and James Irvin. His last outing came at UFC 152 where he suffered a submission loss to BJJ specialist Vinny Magalhaes.

— The UFC has officially announced that it will be heading to Sweden for the first in the promotion's history on April 14 for UFC on FUEL TV 2, which will likely take place at the Ericsson Globe Arena in Stockholm. The UFC's foray into Sweden was long rumored and was also scheduled to happen last November before conflicts arose. The event will be the second live show televised on FUEL TV under the new FOX deal. — WWE champion CM Punk will reportedly escort UFC middleweight contender Chael Sonnen to the cage prior to his pivotal showdown against Mark Munoz in the co-main event of UFC on Fox II on January 28 in Chicago, Illinois. CM Punk is well-known as an avid fan of MMA as well as a native of the Chicago area. He and Sonnen have reportedly developed a friendship in recent months. [MMA Fighting]
The Nevada State Athletic Commission has released their official list of medical suspensions from UFC 66: Liddell vs. Ortiz II.
- Chuck Liddell is suspended until June 30th (or until receiving doctor’s approval) due to a knee and hand injury.
- Tito Ortiz is suspended until March 2nd.
- Forrest Griffin is suspended until January 31st.
- Marcio Cruz is suspended until January 31st.
- Eric Schafer is suspended until March 2nd due to a lip laceration.
- Tony De Souza is suspended until March 2nd.
- Rory Singer is suspended until June 30th (or until receiving doctor’s approval) due to a right elbow injury.
- Christian Wellisch is suspended until January 31st.
- Anthony Perosh is suspended until March 2nd.

The Ultimate Fighting Championship has officially added three undercard bouts to UFC 66: Liddell vs. Ortiz II.
Also announced was a heavyweight battle between Australia’s Anthony Perosh and ‘The Hungarian Nightmare’ Christian Wellisch.
Today the UFC announced that jiu-jitsu stars Jeff Monson and Anthony Perosh will fight at UFC 61 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
